We ship to U.S. delivery addresses in the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.
At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, or internationally.

Will my order ship within 24 hours of completing the online order? 
Most orders will depart our distribution centers within 24 business hours of order completion. DIYConcrete.com distribution centers are open Monday-Friday and closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.

Will my order arrive in one package? 
It is possible that your order will arrive in multiple packages and from multiple distribution points arriving on different days. You will receive a fulfillment verification email, including tracking information upon order fulfillment.

Which shipping carrier does DIYConcrete.com use? 
Your order will be delivered by either USPS Priority Service or UPS Standard Ground Delivery.

How do I cancel an order? 
An order may be canceled prior to shipment by calling Customer Service at 925-240-3437.

Winter Freeze Warning
Many products available at DIYConcrete.com should not be allowed to freeze. When placing your order, please consider your local weather conditions when determining where to direct the delivery. Do not ship your items to an address where no one will be available to receive the delivery.
